How Karen Council turns four AI answers into one verdict
Karen Council is a multi-model AI debate panel. It asks several providers the same question, has them review the answers, and produces a final manager-approved synthesis you can inspect.
1. One prompt goes to four providers
Your question is sent in parallel to OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and DeepSeek. Each provider produces its own first-pass answer, with its own model behavior and blind spots.
2. The answers are compared
The app tracks where the models agree, where they disagree, and which points need stronger support. This makes the result easier to audit than a single chatbot response.
3. The council revises
Models receive peer commentary and revise their positions. The goal is to reduce confident errors, surface missing context, and keep the strongest reasoning.
4. A final consensus is synthesized
The final response summarizes the practical answer, what changed during the debate, and any remaining uncertainty. It is still AI-generated, so important claims should be independently verified.
