FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about what Karen Council does, how the AI debate works, and what to avoid putting into the prompt box.

What is Karen Council?

Karen Council is an AI debate tool that compares answers from multiple large language models and synthesizes a final consensus.

Is it more accurate than asking one chatbot?

It can expose disagreement and missing assumptions more clearly than a single answer, but it does not guarantee accuracy. Treat the output as a starting point and verify important claims.

Which models are used?

The panel is built around OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and DeepSeek providers. Availability can depend on upstream provider status and configured API access.

Can I use it for legal, medical, or financial advice?

No. Karen Council output is informational and AI-generated. Do not rely on it as professional advice or for emergencies, high-stakes decisions, or regulated workflows.

What should I avoid submitting?

Do not submit secrets, passwords, confidential business information, private customer data, health data, payment card data, or personally identifying information about others.

Why does the app sometimes say the council is unavailable?

Karen Council is intentionally strict: a complete verdict requires every configured provider to respond. If one provider fails, the app shows an unavailable state instead of pretending a partial panel is complete.
